Hi, I'm Tim Wang and I live in the south shore.

• eventually it is YOUR home, you have to like it before making the offer
• if you don't know what you need or what you like, go see A LOT of open houses
• choosing the RIGHT agent is very important as they present you a second opinion, also they act to your best interest when negotiating
• don't OVERPAY or UNDERPAY your agent
